Shipping Information:

When you place an order for in-stock products before 1 pm Pacific Standard Time, it is quickly shipped the same day. 99% of all orders ship within 24 hours. If it's not in stock we'll tell you.

Parcel Insurance:

Blade Traders will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing.

International Shipments:

We do not ship international

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Full refunds will be given on any orders that have not yet shipped, you must email or call at the above number to cancel or change order, if the order has been shipped we will not be able to change the order. Before attempting to return any merchandise to Blade Traders you must contact Blade Traders First and state the reason. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, Please check with us first. Blade Traders will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product.

Restocking Fees:

Non-defective merchandise returned to Blade Traders for any reason other than a mis-ship of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
